Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for merchandise exchange, store website credit or a credit card refund. Shipping is non-refundable. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Littlestepsdancewear.com.
Please include a copy of your receipt. Wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment. If you do not have your receipt, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of returns. If your exchange order is urgent, please e-mail us at littlesteps2@sbcglobal.net. We can place a new order for you and ship in-stock items immediately. Once we receive your return, we will refund your credit card. Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted. We will notify you via e-mail of your exchange or credit card refund after we have completely processed the returned item. Exchanges are charged based on the actual shipping rate.
Please Note: We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Fitting information is suggested as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES and we do not process returns for these items. Special Orders cannot be returned for any reason. For sanitary reasons, undergarments of any kind are not returnable. If you have a question about what falls into this category, please do not hesitate to contact us.
